Introduction

"Qianchi Chang" is a large crack located on a cliff, sandwiched between two huge rocks, with more than 370 steps and an extremely steep slope, with each step only the size of a foot's sole. Looking down from above, the abyss-like scenery is breathtaking. At the top of each stone step, there is a well-like opening. If it is covered with an iron lid, the road to Huashan will be blocked. Therefore, it is known as the "throat of Mount Taihua."

Transportation

The scenic spot is located within the Huashan Scenic Area. There are several ways to get to the Huashan Scenic Area: 1. Take a train to Huashan Station and transfer to a bus for 3 yuan to get to the scenic area, or take a taxi for about 15-20 yuan to the scenic area. 2. If you arrive at Huashan North Station (high-speed railway station), there is a special tourism line in front of the station that goes to Huashan Visitor Center or Huashan Yuquan Court (hiking entrance). The tourism line costs 10 yuan/person. 3. At Xi'an Railway Station East Square, take the tourism line "Tour 1" for about 25 yuan. The bus departs from the East Square of the railway station at 8:00 and travels through the West Yue Temple, with the final stop at Yuquan Court hiking entrance. It returns from Yuquan Court at 17:00 and takes about 2 hours. It is not operational in the off-season (January to March). In addition, there are many buses from Xi'an Railway Station to Huashan operated by the bus company, costing about 30 yuan/person. 4. At Xi'an Chengdong Bus Station, there are multiple long-distance buses to Huayin City every day between 7:00-19:15, and they run about every 15 minutes. They will stop at Huashan along the way, and passengers need to tell the driver to get off at "Huashan" to reach the Yuquan Court hiking entrance. To get to Qianchi Zong, start at the Huashan Scenic Area gate and take the scenic area's electric car to the entrance of Yuquan Court. After passing through Xishan Gate, Wuliguan, and Qingke Ping, the Qianchi Zong scenic spot will be in sight.
