Introduction

The Gong Wang Palace is one of the best preserved royal palace complexes in China, with over 30 various architectural structures inside that are carefully arranged and imposing. It was originally the residence of He Shen and witnessed the rise and fall of the Qing Dynasty, and is said to be a living history book of the half of the Qing Dynasty. The complex includes both the palace and garden parts, with many famous attractions such as the Western Door, the Grand Theater, and the Rear Shade Tower, all worth visiting. In addition, there is also the Secret Cloud Cave, which displays the Kangxi imperial jade seal with the character "Fu" that He Shen had stolen from the palace, and is also very worth seeing.
