Introduction
Huangcaoliang is located in the southeast of Dayu, about 43 kilometers away, with an altitude of about 1737 meters, belonging to Xishan. This mountain is a complex syncline mountain since the Yan Mountain period, with a gentle slope and a tilted karst plateau at the top. There are faults and joints on the southeast side, forming a northwest-oriented valley eroded by flowing water. This is a frequent occurrence of mudslides. Due to the strong water permeability of the rocks, the cultivated area is relatively dry. Trees such as oak forests and birch and poplar forests are planted on the shady slopes and valley areas above about 900 meters. The foothills are planted with fruit trees such as walnuts, apricots, and persimmons. Huangcaoliang overlooks Lingshan, Baihua Mountain, and Miaofeng Mountain. The main peak has an altitude of about 1773 meters, and it is one of the high peaks in the southwestern region of Beijing. If you watch the sunrise here, you can enjoy the ever-changing beauty of the sky. Address North of Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, Beijing City
