Introduction

Likeng is located 12 kilometers away from Wuyuan County, mainly inhabited by people with the surname Li. As a national AAAA-level tourist scenic spot, it has a picturesque architectural landscape similar to Wuzhen and a bizarre stone landscape like Tu'erling. It is the closest scenic spot to Wuyuan County on the east line. Likeng has a unique architectural style and emits a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In history, Likeng was a gathering place for culture and talent. From the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, hundreds of officials and wealthy merchants emerged here, along with 29 literati who left behind enduring works. There was also a martial arts champion named Li Zhicheng in the Southern Song Dynasty. The village has a large number of ancient buildings and residential courtyards from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, built along the river and on the hillside. The whitewashed walls and tiles are arranged in a beautiful and orderly fashion. The streets and alleys of the entire village are connected by rivers, and dozens of stone bridges made of blue stone, stone, wood, and brick add to the enchanting scenery. The combination of small bridges, flowing water, and people's residences is a sight to behold. Various scenic spots such as Liu Jie Fei Qiong, Shuang Qiao Die Suo, Xie Qiao Wo Mei, Jiao Quan Jin Yue, Dao Yuan Zhong Ming, and Xian Qiao Yu Xiu, etc. form a beautiful rural landscape painting.

Taxi: Likeng is about 13.4 kilometers away from the high-speed railway station, and the journey takes about 16 minutes.
