Introduction
Mingshi Tower was built in 1925 and took two years to complete. The building is six stories tall, with the first four floors being plain and the fifth floor being magnificent. The owner of the tower, Fang Runwen, went to the United States when he was young and ran a restaurant. Later on, he opened a grocery store called "Qichanglong" and became the richest man in the area. After returning to his hometown, he built Mingshi Tower. The tower has an imposing appearance on the outside and extremely luxurious interior furnishings, making it one of the most beautiful buildings in Zili Village.
