Introduction

When the first ray of sunlight shines on the Narat Grassland, the ancestors of the herdsmen gave this land a poetic name: "Narat", meaning "the place where the sun is seen first". As one of the world's four great high mountain, valley, and grassland areas, it combines the beauty of the sky, glaciers, forests, and grasslands. Narat Grassland is the most concentrated grassland for the Kazakh population in the world, and has been designated by the Guinness headquarters as "the grassland with the most Kazakh population" and "the grassland with the most Kazakh yurts." It is an open-air museum reflecting the traditional way of life of the Kazakh people. The best season to visit Narat Grassland is from April to June when various flowers bloom in competition on the grassland, and the sky is known as the "sky garden". From July to September, the grassland is lush green, and the flocks of sheep are spectacular, making it a great place to escape the summer heat. From October to November, the Panlong Valley of Narat Grassland becomes colorful, making it the golden season for photography. From December to March, the grassland is covered with white snow, and the red willows appear particularly magnificent. Narat Scenic Area currently offers a variety of tourism options such as photography tours, folk visits, self-driving tours, parent-child tours, study tours, stargazing camping, hiking adventures, and horseback riding. Tourists can try various entertainment projects such as horseback riding, drifting, helicopters, fixed wings, bicycles, folk visits, equestrian performances, and travel photography. With complete facilities, the experience is very comfortable.
