Introduction

Huiguang Temple, also known as Wanshou Zen Temple, has a history of more than 1700 years and is a relic of Buddhism's early arrival in Hunan. It is also one of the ancient temples in China. The temple has a peaceful and beautiful environment, with two Luohan pines planted in front of the temple, which are relics from the Six Dynasties period. The temple also preserves precious Buddhist scriptures and ancient books. Today, Gu Lu Mountain Temple is still a holy place for pilgrims and believers to come and pray. The hall is hidden among lush forests, with morning and evening bells ringing and the sound of Sanskrit echoing.
