Introduction

On the left side of Sanhuawu in Beihai Scenic Area stands a solitary peak named Mengbishenghua. The upper one-third of the peak is horizontally split, gradually becoming round and sharp at the top, resembling a pen tip, while the lower two-thirds are shaped like a stone pillar, resembling a pen shaft. At the top of the "pen tip" sits an ancient pine tree, whose outstretched branches look like blossoming flowers, thus earning the name. Legend has it that if a literati with writer's block comes here, they will suddenly understand and their pen will be inspired. However, it is said that the original tree on this piece of rock has already withered, and this small tree was artificially planted.
