Introduction

The old town located in Luzhi has a long history and a tradition of more than 2,500 years. The town is crisscrossed by rivers and has many bridges, earning the title of "the hall of five lakes and the gorge of six ponds." The ancient town still preserves 41 ancient bridges of various shapes, each with a unique and elegant style. The twin bridges that connect at a right angle are particularly impressive, with five of them found in the town. Visitors should not miss attractions such as the Baosheng Temple from the Tang Dynasty, Shen's Mansion, the Xiao Fangfang Performance Hall, the Wang Tao Memorial Hall, and the famous Wansheng Rice Shop.
