Bloom in the Park Restaurant in a Hidden Alley
As its name suggests, Bloom in the Park restaurant is located in what seems like an ordinary household's yard by the lush Pildammsparken in Malmö. Through the restaurant's windows, you can see flocks of wild ducks and swans quietly gliding on the lake. The restaurant's decor is simple and elegant, allowing diners to focus more on the food itself. The jazz nights arranged in the summer exude a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, devoid of any pretentiousness, making it feel like stepping into a private kitchen in a hidden alley.
Restaurant Sture Interpreting Culinary Philosophy
Chef Karim Khouani hails from France and specializes in authentic French cuisine, paired with a rich selection of French wines, perfectly aligning with the restaurant's concept: 'A Piece of France in Skåne.' Now, Karim has moved his restaurant from a farm estate to the heart of Malmö and renamed it Sture, bringing diners a delightful fusion of modern and traditional culinary surprises with his highly creative culinary philosophy.
Brothers' Restaurant Vollmers
Vollmers' dishes are crafted from locally sourced fresh organic ingredients, creating new Nordic cuisine. On the restaurant's menu, you can see that each dish is carefully marked with: 28 km, 62 km... indicating that the main ingredients of the dish come from a farm or seaside 28 kilometers or 62 kilometers away. Younger brother Mats Vollmer explains that he drew much inspiration from his mother's cooking during his childhood, such as cod pudding. Now, his menu features a dish called 'Childhood Memories'.
