Jungfrau
Without the existence of Jungfrau, Interlaken might never have come into our sight. Jungfrau is like a pure and graceful maiden, standing quietly on the Bernese Highlands. Countless tourists have fallen at her beautiful hem, just to catch a glimpse of that stunning visage.
Hoheweg Street
Interlaken is not large, so strolling around the town inevitably leads you to Hoheweg Street, the main street. This street may not have the hustle and bustle of a big city, but it will always bring you many visual surprises unexpectedly. For example, as you walk, you might suddenly see the Jungfrau clearly appearing before your eyes!
Lake Brienz
Lake Brienz is located on the northern edge of the Alps and is known as 'the purest lake in Switzerland'. Surrounded by steep peaks, a boat trip on the lake offers magnificent views of the Alps.
Lake Thun
Lake Thun and Lake Brienz are collectively known as the 'Eyes of God.' The lake water is deep blue and crystal clear. Surrounding the lake are not only the beautiful Alps but also traditional Swiss wooden house villages, which are quite distinctive.
Schilthorn
Schilthorn is located in the Alps south of Interlaken, surrounded by famous peaks such as Jungfrau and Eiger. It is an excellent spot to view these mountains. Schilthorn is world-renowned for the thrilling fight scenes filmed here in the James Bond movie 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service'.
