These are familiar settings you can see, representing the crystallization of filmmakers' thoughts and a three-dimensional display of film and TV art, showcasing the essence of film and TV culture.
Sand Lake
This unique desert landscape combines the grandeur of the vast desert with the elegance of the Jiangnan water towns. It is known as a 'rare sight on earth' and is a 'pearl of the frontier' that integrates the beauty of Jiangnan with the magnificence of the frontier. Located 56 kilometers northwest of Yinchuan City, the Sand Lake Tourist Area has direct tourist buses to Yinchuan City. The temperature difference between morning and evening at Sand Lake is significant, with long hours of sunshine. In most areas, the day-night temperature difference can generally reach 12-15°C. The best season to visit Sand Lake is from May to October each year.
Shapotou Tourist Area

Shuidonggou Site
As the earliest excavated Paleolithic cultural site in China, Shuidonggou is known as the 'birthplace of Chinese prehistoric archaeology' and a historical witness to Sino-Western cultural exchanges. It has been listed by the state as one of the 'Top 100 Archaeological Discoveries of Chinese Civilization'. It is a national key cultural relic protection unit, a national AAAA-level scenic spot, and a national geopark. It has also won the silver award for '50 Places in China Most Worth Visiting for Foreigners'.
Western Xia Imperial Tombs
Influenced by Buddhist architecture, the Western Xia Imperial Tombs organically combine Han culture, Buddhist culture, and Tangut culture, forming a unique style of mausoleum architecture. The Western Xia Tombs are the only scenic area among China's 119 national key scenic spots that consist solely of an imperial tomb. They inherit the Tuoba history from the Northern Wei Pingcheng to the Western Xia Tangut.
