John Sandoe Books
John Sandoe retains the old look of the bookstore in memory. The first floor of the store is dedicated to novels, art, and photography design. The upstairs mainly features reading materials, while the basement is filled with a variety of children's books. You can also find limited edition books published privately here.
Lutyens & Rubinstein
As soon as you enter the bookstore, you will notice the striking 'Book Claw', making you feel as if you have entered Harry's magical world. In addition to selling various types of books, the bookstore also offers jams, stationery, and other small items.
Word On The Water
As its name suggests, this bookstore 'floats' on water. It is converted from a 20th-century Dutch barge and can often be seen on the Regent's Canal. At sunset, with the evening breeze, listening to music, and opening a good book, it is such an enjoyable experience.
Persephone Books
The owner of Persephone Books has an exceptional love for classic literature, so most of the books sold in the store are literary classics. Some of the books are sourced from second-hand markets, while others are brought in by readers. Each book's cover and synopsis are meticulously designed, making them very appealing. To see how beautiful they are, please visit the store and experience it for yourself.
