Taipingyu, Huxian
Hu County Taipingyu is known as the "North Nine Villages Valley". The scenic area has a group of waterfalls, with pools beneath the waterfalls. The waterfalls plunge into the pools, creating layers of mist and forming numerous rainbows, which is extremely beautiful.
Hancheng Dangjia Village
Dangjia Village was built in 1331 AD and has a history of nearly 700 years. It is known for its long history, simple folk customs, and numerous ancient buildings including over 120 courtyards, 11 ancestral halls, 25 watchtowers, temples, stages, literary pavilions, ancestral halls, Mibin Fortress, and filial piety stele, making it a treasured example of ancient Chinese architectural dwellings.
Yuanjia Village, Liquan
Yuanjia Village, also known as the impression experience site of Guanzhong, is located north of Yanyan Town in Liquan County, at the foot of Jiuzong Mountain. Upon entering the village, visitors are greeted by scenes of a rustic agricultural lifestyle, reminiscent of the 19th and 20th centuries.
King Shunshan of Lantian
Wangshunshan Forest Park features towering peaks, rugged rocks, deep valleys, and clear ponds. It is a great place near Xi'an to enjoy the natural scenery and escape the summer heat. Located behind Saiyu Village in Lantian County, Wangshunshan was formerly known as Yushan, with its main peak, Yuhuangding, reaching an altitude of over 2200 meters.
Fufeng Famen Temple
Siddhartha Gautama is the founder of Buddhism. The underground palace of Famen Temple houses the finger bone relics of the Buddha. In addition to the Buddha's relics, the underground palace of Famen Temple also contains precious Buddhist treasures such as a bronze pagoda, eight treasure caskets, a silver flower double wheel, and a twelve-ring tin staff.
Yuhua Palace in Tongchuan
During the flourishing Tang Dynasty that lasted for over 1400 years, Yuhua Palace was considered one of the top four palaces. The emperors of the Tang Dynasty would come here every summer to avoid the heat. The summer here is not scorching hot, and the lush vegetation makes the scenery beautiful. The waterfalls also add to the charm.
