The young volcanic island, Weizhou Island, is a sea island located in the northern part of the Beibu Gulf, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. It is also one of the most beautiful islands in China.

Crocodile Hill Scenic Area

Crocodile Hill Scenic Area, also known as Crocodile Hill Park, is located on the west side of Nanwan, Weizhou Island, at Crocodile Ridge. It is the essence of the volcanic geological landscape of the entire Weizhou Island. Here, you can not only see the most complete volcanic activity relics, but also take photos with the lighthouse, gaze at the entire Nanwan from the long corridor, or collect shells in the sea erosion pits after the tide recedes.

Wucaitan Scenic Area

Catholic Church

This church was built by missionaries from the Paris Foreign Missions Society and was completed in 1880. It is a Gothic-style building with a height of 21 meters and a total construction area of 774 square meters. Including the auxiliary buildings, the total area reaches over 2000 square meters. It is the largest Catholic church in the coastal areas of Guangxi and was listed as a national cultural heritage site in 2001.

Shiluokou

The seawater at Shiluokou is crystal clear and turquoise. Fishing boats and sailboats dot the sea surface, while the coastline is rich with volcanic rocks and unique sea-eroded rocks. A curved sandy beach gently extends into the embrace of the ocean. The coastal seawater is as clear as a mirror, making it the best on the island.

Dishui Danping

Dishui Danping is located on the southern coast of Dishui Village on Weizhou Island, originally named Dishui Rock. The upper part of the cliff is shaded by green trees, and water often seeps out from the cracks in the wall, dripping down little by little like a hanging red curtain.
