Chifeng Museum
The building has Tang Dynasty style. The museum has four basic exhibition halls, namely Hongshan culture, bronze culture, Khitan culture, and Mongolian ethnic culture.
Chebaling Folk Culture Park
Empress Chabi, the wife of Emperor Kublai Khan, was an outstanding female politician in Chinese history. She was born into a noble Mongolian family in Chifeng and assisted Kublai Khan in handling many difficult political affairs. She was also the founder of traditional Mongolian clothing.
Mongolian Origin Sculpture Park
Sculpture park is a colorful picture that integrates various elements such as folk sculptures, architectural landscapes, cultural walls, and plant landscapes, forming a perfect spatial layout, showcasing the history, culture, economy, figures, and ethnic customs of the Mongolian nationality. The park has won the Luban Award for Chinese architectural engineering.
Hongshan National Forest Park
Hongshan National Forest Park is located in a prime location with dense natural secondary forest, rich and diverse vegetation types, unique peaks and cliffs, beautiful natural scenery, and a good ecological environment. These characteristics make up the tourism resources of Hongshan National Forest Park. The park has a variety of vegetation, including black pine, spruce, larch, poplar, willow, elm, oak, birch, and more. In addition, there are various medicinal plants and wild animals, including over 80 kinds of medicinal plants, edible fungi, and edible plants. Medicinal plants include Astragalus, Codonopsis, Bupleurum, Chrysanthemum, Paeonia, Rhubarb, etc., while edible plants and fungi include mushrooms, wood ear, fiddleheads, needle mushroom, and scallion, all of which are wild health foods.
