Shuimogou Park
Composed of 'Five Mountains and One River' (Qingquan Mountain, Hongqiao Mountain, Wenquan Mountain, Shuita Mountain, Xuelian Mountain, and Shuimo River), it integrates the charm of ice and snow with the beauty of mountains and rivers. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. This is the largest park in the area, where you can stroll among small bridges, flowing water, pavilions, and towers.
Urumqi Tianshan Grand Canyon
Tianshan Grand Canyon has been awarded the title of 'National AAAAA Tourist Attraction'; it was shortlisted for the 'Magical Northwest 100 Sceneries'. It is a living museum of nomadic culture and a paradise for outdoor leisure and vacation. Currently, the direct bus from Urumqi South Suburb Passenger Station to Tianshan Grand Canyon Scenic Area has officially started operation on April 20th. It takes just over an hour and costs 35 yuan to reach the entrance of Tianshan Grand Canyon Scenic Area. Besides self-driving, visitors can also experience the beauty of the canyon.
Tianshan Urumqi River Source No.1 Glacier, abbreviated as Urumqi River Source No.1 Glacier. It is located in the source area of the Urumqi River on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains. Known as the living fossil of glaciers, it is the closest glacier to a metropolis in the world.
Chrysanthemum Terrace
Chrysanthemum Terrace is a place name in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Located in Ganggou Township, southwest of Urumqi, it is a forest meadow in the montane zone. From April to October each year, this meadow is filled with wild chrysanthemums, exuding a captivating fragrance.

Hiking route: Qiongkushitai Village—Baozhadun Daban—Kekesu River—Paradise Lake—Akbulak Daban—Heiying Mountain Pass. Transportation: There is a sleeper bus departing from Urumqi Nianzigou Long-distance Bus Station to Tekes County at 18:00 every day, with a fare of 185 yuan and a travel time of 16 hours. In Tekes County, you can rent a car to Qiongkushitai Pastoral Village, which takes 4 hours. The simple rural dirt road winds 96 kilometers from Tekes County to Qiongkushitai Village.
