Bak Kut Teh and black pepper crab are highly recommended. All food stalls at Lau Pa Sat are open 24 hours, making it a great place for a late-night snack.

Crab House

When you come to Crab House, you must try the crabs here. Chili crab is a classic national dish of Singapore. Despite its name, the spiciness is very mild, with a sweet and sour taste and a hint of spiciness. Combined with the delicious crab meat, it is simply irresistible. Additionally, their black pepper crab, cereal prawns, golden sand crab, and butter crab are also very famous local dishes in Singapore and worth trying. The business hours are until around 10 PM, but since it is very popular, it is recommended to come a bit earlier.

Makansutra Gluttons Bay

Gluttons Bay is Singapore's only open-air food center, boasting a beautiful view of Marina Bay. It operates from 6 PM to 3 AM. Enjoying the breeze, savoring delicious food, and sipping on some drinks here at night is simply delightful. Must-try dishes include carrot cake, oyster omelette, chili crab, net bread, Indian burger, and more.

Jumbo Seafood (Riverside Point)

Jumbo Seafood is one of the most famous seafood restaurants in Singapore. The black pepper crab and cereal prawns are the signature dishes here. This restaurant is located by the Singapore River and is open from 12 PM to 3 PM. If you are hungry in the evening, you can come here for a meal and enjoy the night view on both sides of the river, killing two birds with one stone.
