If we disembark in Keelung at 8:30 in the morning and pick up the car at Songshan Airport at 10:30 in the morning, we still need to get a SIM card, Easycard, and withdraw money in between. Will two hours be enough time? If not, what time would be suitable to pick up the car? Since the last two destinations are Ximending in Taipei, thank you ? Taiwan(China) Q&A
