We rented a car in Spain and returned it a month ago. The car rental agency charged our credit card for the transfer management fee for traffic violations. When I asked the customer service, they said they would send us the traffic violation bill later, and we would have to pay the fine ourselves. The transfer management fee is only 40 euros or so.
