Get the single at the landing visa office. The one obtained on the plane is the entry card. However, it can be printed by yourself.

You can just bring the printed and filled application form for landing visa. The immigration card is to be filled on the plane. The photos should be 2 inches and directly pasted.

You can write it at home and affix the photos. If I'm not mistaken, it's 4*6.
