I will be in Vancouver from the 9th to the 15th, and will stay in Victoria for one to two nights in the middle. Which area is better to stay in Vancouver or Victoria ?

Recommended Robson Suites in Vancouver. Great location and not expensive. Although not including breakfast, it is extremely convenient around.
In Victoria, the weekend at the Buchart Gardens has fireworks. After watching in the evening, you can stay at the Sydney Resort Hotel in S Harbor, which is very nice. It is convenient for Road trip and ferry retreats, and there are long queues when there are many cars. Robinson Street is lively, with convenient shopping stores and transportation, and good public security. It is convenient to go to the bay to watch the sunset, go to the park, and go to the Lion Gate Bridge to reduce traffic jams. There is also the Ge Village seafood market. Several small towns are also good. It is not advisable to stay east of Gas Town, where there are many homeless people, drug addicts, and robberies. Go to the east area where there is a Walmart, and along the way, you will see some scary things. The Hong Kong driver said it's best not to get off in this area.
