Can you tell me if there will be a 16-day tour of Czech Republic, Hungary, and Austria in September? Will parking be a big problem if I drive ?

I'm leaving for Austria tomorrow and I'll tell you when I come back.

I just came back last month. It's convenient to take a bus in Budapest, so I'm glad I didn't drive. In Vienna, buying a 7-day ticket to play in the city is also very convenient. Driving itinerary: directly from VIE to Hallstatt - Lake Hals - Salzburg - CK town - directly return the car to VIE. There are parking lots outside the above scenic spots, and it is not recommended to drive into the city streets. The suburban large supermarkets are also easy to park. For Salzburg, it is recommended to drive to the first or second parking lot. It is located in a cave, and after walking out, it is the downtown area at the foot of the mountain.

Not recommended to self-drive for sightseeing in the basic city. Public transportation is definitely the most convenient, first of all, parking fees are very expensive, and the roads in the Czech Republic and Hungary are very narrow and difficult to drive. There are basically no problems with parking when changing cities and going to the lake district.
