In the first period, it is enough. But definitely not enough for half a day in the latter period.

If you don't stop much in between the Atlantic Road and Oslo, it's about eight hours. We just walked it two weeks ago. If you're not in a hurry, you can stop for a night at a national park along the way, and the scenery is also nice. We wanted to spend an extra day playing in Oslo, so we rushed back.
