Where to pick up the car in Rome city center ?

Is it on the 5th floor? It's not the 7th floor. However, if you want to get the car, you need to go to the store first, which is in the building near the train station. It's very easy to find. You can park directly in the garage, but it was so hard for me. They didn't give me the address to return the car. I rushed into the store with one minute left before closing time, and everyone had already packed their bags and was ready to go home. They handed me a map, which was just around the corner, but it was a one-way street. So I had to circle around and the traffic was incredibly chaotic, which took a long time.
