I also picked up the car there the day before yesterday. The service at the counter was poor. They were still trying to sell us insurance even though we had already bought full coverage. We had to carefully read the terms and conditions before signing.

Anyway the contract is in German, if you can read it's fine. If you can't read it, anyway it's standard, if you have bought insurance, emphasize not to buy extra insurance.
