Have you rented a car from Budget? How is the car rental company ?

I picked up the car at Budget T2 last month, everything went pretty smoothly. The staff asked if I wanted additional insurance, I told them I already had full coverage. There was no hard selling. When I returned the car, the staff checked it over and said everything was fine. They said they would send an email, but I asked them to print it out right away. They then printed out the receipt and authorized £280. Overall, I thought it was a good experience.
