I have a question. I arrived at the Rome train station today and wanted to scout ahead, but I didn't see the car rental counter! Also, I saw that I have to go to the seventh floor of a nearby building to rent a car. Does anyone know where to go to complete the procedures and pick up the car? It's really chaotic with a child. Thank you, everyone ?

If you are at Termini Railway Station, the procedure is at the railway station hall, where there are 7 or 8 car rental companies gathered together. You pick up the car at the 7th floor of the parking lot beside it.

Please make sure which car rental company it is, as the pick-up location may vary.

Got the car from Avis at Rome Railway Station early yesterday morning. It took four hours in total. First took number at the counter in the station. I arrived at 9:00 and got number 29. There were 19 people waiting in front of me. One hour later, I was recommended by a staff to go directly to the car-retrieval place in the parking lot opposite the station to handle procedures. It was not until 1:00 pm that I got the car. The staff spent one hour handling procedures for me (I had three cars), and the efficiency was so low.

Take the number and queue at the first floor of the station to handle the pick-up procedures. Then exit the station and walk along the street to the east for three or four hundred meters to the seventh floor to pick up the car. It's a one-way street, so let's go together and don't pick up people back and forth.
