CJ Star suggests calling their airline's customer service hotline first, which is easier to get through in English. Explain the situation and they will process the refund for you. The refund will be pushed to the agent (if you bought it through an agent). Then you contact the agent and say that you have already communicated with CJ Star, they will check the refund record, and the refund will be returned to you after the refund amount is credited to your account.
