Hiking in the lake area, do you have any good recommendations ?

There are many hiking routes in the lake district, it depends on your own situation, the level of difficulty, the starting point, and so on. I hiked to Orrest head, where you can overlook Windmere from the top, which takes about an hour, haha. This is recommended by the Red Scarf website, and you can also ask the landlord of the place you are staying, they are very familiar with the area.
