Oberammergau? I haven't heard of it. But when driving from Berchtesgaden to Munich, be sure to avoid the highway, or else the navigation will take you onto the highway to Salzburg, and you'll have to buy an Austrian highway ticket. Also, if you're going to Zugspitze, it's easy to accidentally end up in Austria.
