I heard parking in Taiwan can be quite troublesome. Do you have any good tricks or tips ?

In Taiwan, parking is not expensive if you're not in the downtown area. Remember, you can't park on the side of the road with a red line. You can park temporarily on the side of the road with a yellow line, and you can park for free in places that don't affect traffic. There are also parking spaces marked on the side of the road that are paid, with a fee of between NT$20 and NT$50 per hour. There are also pay-per-use or pay-per-day options, with a general fee of NT$100 on weekdays and NT$200 on holidays.
