In New Zealand, if you drive on a roundabout and accidentally do not give way, will you be fined ?

Easy to be hit, scolded, honked at, and warned with a whistle. If there are no police, there is nothing. If there are police, the driver's license will be checked and reprimanded, and there is usually no penalty.

Not a fine issue, if you don't follow the give way rule, you will easily get into an accident, as locals will assume you follow the rule and drive straight past without slowing down. Remember to slow down and stop when seeing giveaway and stop, otherwise it's very dangerous.
