Excuse me, when turning left on a dedicated left turn lane in New Zealand, but the straight road is a roundabout red light, do I need to look at that red light? Or just observe the vehicles on the right? I came across such a junction, and saw that the foreigners went straight regardless of the red light. I was not dare to go, and was forced by the car behind, and I didn't know if I could go ?

If there is a dedicated lane, handle it in the way of giving way. If there are no vehicles approaching from your right, you can proceed.
Check if there are any cars coming from the right straight lane. If there are no cars, you can go.
I asked this question before, and the answer is that you can walk. If the left turn lane does not have a light, you can walk directly.
