Last year I rented a car from Enterprise in Amsterdam, and I didn't book it for one day. When I picked up the car, I was told that they had charged me for an extra day of rental and insurance. The reservation was for 229.53 euros for 6 days, but the final bill was over 270 euros. To be precise, I had booked the car to be returned at 10 o'clock, but I actually needed it until 18 o'clock.
