In my personal opinion, it's not good. The one we rented has all kinds of complaints.

Park the car there, hand over the key, and you can leave. No need for time. Haven't heard of it. It's recommended to rent a car from a large company.

Everyone must be careful of this company. I rented a car in July. The other party first charged a deposit of 1250 pounds by pre-authorisation, and then told me that it had not been successful (there was a problem with mobile roaming and it was impossible to query). Then they changed to another POS machine and charged another 1250 pounds. After returning, I found out that the first pre-authorisation was successful, and then the second charge was deducted directly from my account. There is still no result after communicating with the car rental platform and the car rental company. Easirent is a scam company.

I returned the car on April 19, 2018, rented for 8 days, and now the authorized 1250 pounds have not been returned. The 95 pounds of fuel money have been refunded. I feel that the company is not regular, and it is the same as what the person above said. At first, they said that the first machine could not be authorized, but after changing several machines, they were still unable to authorize. However, when they started to authorize the fuel money, there was no problem. Later, they changed a card and authorized successfully. But so far, they have not refunded my car damage pre-authorization of 1250 pounds. When I asked their counter staff when it could be refunded, they actually had the cheek to say, maybe a year! They also pushed insurance and automatic gearboxes, which all required extra money! I hope that other classmates can avoid renting from this company.
