I didn't find a specialty store for olive oil. I suggest checking the supermarket, it's almost the same. Look for extra virgin olive oil, and ask the hotel staff (preferably a slightly better hotel) for recommendations. I'll check the opening hours for the basketball league for you. Saturday 7am-7pm, other times 8am-4pm. But as long as you can get the stamp, it's fine. If the basketball league is at T2 outside of these hours, it seems you can go to T1. T1 is open from 8am to 11:30pm.
