Isn't it supposed to be printed in advance ?

No need at all
However, it also depends on the car dealership and the staff's procedures. If they really ask you to show it, you still need to have it. So it's not a bad idea to prepare in advance! It's just a piece of paper, don't make things difficult for yourself!
No. The car rental company just asked me to send a screenshot of the pick-up slip to their company's email. As long as I receive the email, I can pick up the car!
Just provide the order number to the rental company, make a copy of your driver's license and credit card, and then they will give you a handover form, on which you mark any scratches or collision marks on the car. Then you can drive off in style. Returning the car is even simpler, just make sure it's full of gas.
