Zlatibor needs to transfer in Uzice to go to Mokra gora, the car from Uzice to Mokra gora direction, get off at Mokra gora, wooden town is on the top of the mountain where you get off, on the same side of Sargan 8 train station. There is a bus from Belgrade to Sarajevo, which stops at Uzice around 11:00, take this bus to Mokra gora. I tested this line several days ago.
