On the first day of driving in Serbia, I got a ticket for parking in a red zone for over 1 hour, with a fine of 1870 dinars. How do I pay for parking in Serbia? I don't see any parking tickets or meters on the roadside. How do the authorities keep track of the parking time for car owners ?

There are two ways to pay for parking in Sanya. One is to buy a local card and then, according to the number on the ground where you park, send a text message with your license plate number, which allows you to park for an hour. If you park for more than an hour, you will need to send another text. The other way is to buy parking tickets at a newsstand, which are also one hour per ticket. If you want to park for several hours, you will need to buy several tickets!
Red light is the most 1 hour ~ over one hour or so still want to deduct, buy local telephone SMS payment, or ask the local people to help.
How long you park is up to you to estimate, then buy a parking ticket and put it on the windshield of your car in front. If you exceed the time, you need to buy another ticket before the time expires, otherwise the police will issue a ticket.
Send text messages with a SIM card, or buy parking tickets
