Geneva airport has rental points from both Switzerland and France. If you rent from the Swiss point, the car usually comes with an annual pass (you can check it yourself, on the upper right corner of the windshield on the driver's side); if you rent from the French point, the car usually does not have an annual pass, unless you are lucky and meet the one who left it behind.
