Excuse me, is it convenient to use the toilet in Spain? Are there any WC at gas stations during the Road trip journey? Do I need to pay for it ?

Toilets at gas stations usually require keys. You can buy something or refuel, and that's what I always do.
It's really inconvenient. Sometimes it's hard to find a paid one.
Service stations do not charge for toilets. In the city center, only large department stores or McDonald's have free toilets. Toilets at other tourist attractions and commercial areas charge 0.5 euros per person per visit.
Service stations on the expressway, such as Repsol, Cepsa, Glap, Shell, BP, etc., all have convenience stores and restrooms. If the restrooms are inside the convenience stores, you can buy a bag of snacks or a drink, and the whole family can use the restroom without embarrassment. If the restrooms are outside the convenience stores, just go directly in.
Yes, no charge.
