I don't think so. I just drove back from the UK in June and used Tandou offline navigation. It's very useful. There are some weak signal areas in the UK, and there is no signal at all in the highlands of Skye. Google can't be used, and phone cards also consume a lot of traffic. Don't need, this offline navigation is very useful.
