I plan to travel from Queenstown to Dunedin and Omarama in one day to play Molyneux Pebble and Omarama. Is it enough ?

There is a lighthouse road on the Omaru side, which can be found on the map. It is a gravel road. Walk along the right hand side all the way to the seaside where there is a lighthouse. There, you can see wild sea lions and penguins.

In theory it's possible, but it would take almost a whole day and be very rushed, so we don't recommend it. But there are still many things to do in Dunedin.

Depart Dunedin in the morning and pass through the Boulder Beach, where one hour is enough to play. But pay attention to the tides, as the Boulder Beach is under water during high tide. Oamaru is not very big, and two hours should be enough to see the city views and the Steam Punk Club. If you want to see penguins, pay attention to the time and arrive at the location before it gets dark in the evening. Spend the night in Oamaru and the next day, it's very easy to drive to Tekapo Lake or Mount Cook National Park.
