The staff will come up with all kinds of excuses, and in the end, you can only take the emergency car model they recommend. In addition, Thrifty's customer service is very poor. When you have a problem and contact them, they are very passive. Finally, when you return the car, they will gradually deduct the deposit for various reasons. It is not recommended for Chinese people to choose Thrifty for Road trip.
