Where are you now? It's best to send it by EMS or DHL if time permits, otherwise you'll have to rely on luck and find a local car dealership. Don't go for international chains, try a few different car dealerships. If that doesn't work, ask someone to bring it over. If no one can bring it over, you'll have to use EMS or DHL.
