Will Fore Air charge a handling fee if you check in luggage directly at the airport check-in counter, or do you need to check in online first and print out your boarding pass ?

The boarding pass printing on the spot of Flying Tiger Air is free, which I have actually operated. I go to check in my luggage and then come out with the boarding pass. Only Ryan, this relatively cheap airline, charges for boarding pass printing on the spot.
To check in online in advance, and then print the paper boarding pass by yourself. On-site boarding pass printing will be charged, and it's expensive.
If you are not checking any luggage, you can just do web check-in and save a QR code or barcode on your phone. Then you can go through security and board directly without having to queue at the airport to print your boarding pass. The environmentally unfriendly practice of mandatory printing of boarding passes has been cancelled by Vueling, and they now recommend e-boarding passes. If you are checking luggage, it is recommended to buy it online in advance. The price at the airport counter is twice as much.
