Hello, I don't know which one you rented. We rented a green Europcar, no need to go up the stairs. It's on the ground floor parking lot right next to the train station. I saw four parking spaces there, definitely with Avis. We were 10-15 minutes late and in a hurry. I didn't remember the other two.
