Picking up the car at Frankfurt Airport EUROPCAR must have a valid English translation of the driver's license ?

Yes, although many places now do not require you to show notarized documents to pick up the car, it does not mean it is reasonable. Being able to pick up the car does not necessarily mean passing Uncle JC's inspection. Notarization is also a matter of less than 300, spending money to buy peace of mind, and an English translation of notarized documents is useful in many European countries. In European countries, if there are no special requirements, it can be considered a permanent solution. Don't always say that the new version of the driver's license has English on it and so on. The most important thing is to be cautious and not let the inability to pick up the car ruin the mood of the trip.
