I would like to ask, if I start from Edinburgh, the first day to Loch Ness and Eilean Donan Castle, stay on the west side of Portree the next day, and spend a day driving around Skye, and the third day to leave from Portree, Glencoe Bridge and Colgan Canyon, and return to Edinburgh. Is this itinerary feasible? Thank you ?

I think it's possible. We need to book the accommodation in advance.

Your itinerary is similar to mine, except I will stay one night at Loch Ness, then go to Isle of Skye for two days, followed by Fort William, then Glasgow, and finally Edinburgh, staying for about two days in each place. It might be too tiring to visit so many places, so you could consider cutting down on a few. Just a suggestion.

The third day's journey was particularly long.

This itinerary makes more sense for you to ultimately return to Glasgow.
